I had to give up my coin collection, some old pants and rock that I picked up on the beach but I did it, I packed my life in one suitcase.
I will miss your weather, your squirrels (or not), your nice buildings, living at 5 minutes walk from your campus, your time, your crazy libraries, your cafés, your hippies, your gym, the hot chocolate at café strada during finals week, your frat parties (just kidding ^^), bagel monday and swimming wednesday… And much more!
But now it’s time to get on that plane back to France where I’ll try to tell my friends how amazing you were, I’ll show them my pictures of you and make as good of a description as I can.
I wonder if I should be sad but instead I have this overwhelming feeling of happiness because I realize that I am surrounded by amazing people who love me and that I met because of you. We had, have and will have so much fun.
No worries, it’s only a 10 hours flight from Paris, I’ll be back before you notice I’m gone ;) I love you guys, I love you Berkeley. Thanks for everything you gave me.
